The money-back guarantee
If a guide you bought doesn't help you, you get your money back. No discussion, no fine print you have to go hunting for.
The guarantee applies within 14 days of purchase. The date of your order confirmation is what counts.
You don't have to justify or prove anything. If the guide doesn't help you, that's enough.
Send a short email to kontakt@bewerbungskit.de with your order number. That's all it takes.
You get the purchase price back via the same payment method, usually within a few business days.
The guarantee applies to each purchased product individually – for every purchase that doesn't help you, you get your money back.
It applies to the individual digital guides and to the Komplettpaket Bewerbung 2026.
This voluntary guarantee applies in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. It does not limit them. You'll find the provider and the full postal address in the Imprint.
